Hours & Availability
What hours are you open?

Monday-Friday, we are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a last load at 10 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday, we are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a last load at 10 p.m.

If I have you pickup on Saturday, when will you return my clothes?

We return clothes the next delivery day which would be Monday.

What if I am at work when you come for pickup or delivery?

Let us know when you schedule the pickup where you would like us to pickup or deliver your clothes. Some people choose their front porch; some behind the gate; and others leave it at the apartment manager's apartment. Just tell us where and we will accommodate you.

Is there parking?

We have a dedicated parking lot behind our store on Union Ave

Payment System
Are you a card store or a quarter store?

We are a card store. Our machines take the LaundroWorks card. You can load the card with cash or credit/debit. We also have an ATM on site for your convenience

Equipment & Services
Do you have any large machines for big loads?

We have ten 60-pound machines, which is the equivalent of five top loaders!

Do you sell soap if I am out of it?

Yes, we sell all laundry products over the counter.

Will you hang up my shirts and pants if I request it?

We will provide hangars at an additional cost.

Will you wash my clothes alone or do you launder someone else's clothes in the same washer/dryer?

We launder each person's clothes separately. We never launder your clothes with someone else's clothes.

Pricing & Policies
Why do I need to get a bid?

Commercial customers are regular customers & they have clothes for us to launder regularly. Often, the clothes are towels or something easy to fold. Other times, they're heavily soiled uniforms. For this reason, we bid the job. Your price will be based on how big your orders are and how often we will be getting laundry from you.

Is there a minimum amount that I have to bring in?

The minimum weight for in store drop of is 10lbs. The order minimum for pickup and delivery is $35.
