I never use pick up and drop off service, but I'm glad I had my first experience with them. Not only is their customer service amazing but they left my clothes smelling great. Folded and packaged very nicely. Not only are they great with placing order online but are very responsive to give you notifications of your load. Amazing service definitely using this service again!
